The pavilion at Wildwood Community Park, located closest to the playground, is available for reservations.

*Rental Fee:
$100 for Wildwood Residents
$150 for Non-Residents
*RESIDENCY WILL BE VERIFIED - please choose the appropriate fee amount.
*After you have made a reservation, a receipt will be emailed to you. This receipt is confirmation of your reservation. Please read it and keep it for your records.
*We only book one reservation per day. The times when the pavilion is not reserved, it is first-come, first-served.
*NEW in 2025 - Reservations will be taken no more than 6 months in advance of the event. Early registration for special events (up to 365 days in advance) will be considered.

Directions:
The park can be accessed from either of the following locations:

- Westbound State Route 100, just west of State Route 109
- State Route 109 via Pond-Grover Loop Road (use the western exit from the roundabout)

Trail access is also available through Windsor Crest Subdivision, west of the new State Route 109 pedestrian bridge.

Reservation Confirmation:
After your reservation is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with your receipt. This receipt serves as confirmation of your reservation. Please review it carefully and keep it for your records.

Upon Arrival:
If you arrive and notice any damage to the pavilion or surrounding facilities before using them, please call 636-405-2045 and leave a message describing the damage. Your voicemail will be date- and time-stamped, documenting that the damage was reported before your reservation began.

Pavilion Rules:
- Your reservation is for the pavilion only. The park remains open to the public and cannot be reserved for private events.
- Alcoholic beverages are prohibited on all City property.
- If you experience any problems during your reservation, contact the St. Louis County Police – Wildwood Precinct at 636-458-9194. For emergencies, call 911.
- The pavilion is equipped with electricity for your convenience. Please be considerate of nearby residents and other park visitors when using amplified music or audio equipment.
- Dispose of all trash in the provided receptacles. If your trash does not fit, please take it with you when you leave.
- Do not attach decorations or other items to the pavilion, picnic tables, or any other park property.
- Bounce houses and other inflatable attractions are not permitted.
- Please do not use confetti.
- To help protect the tables, please use tablecloths. Table sizes are 8 ft. × 30 in. and 6 ft. × 30 in.
- Please do not move the picnic tables. If they must be moved, return them to their original locations before leaving.
- The park and pavilion close at dusk. During the summer months, the pavilion closes at 8:00 p.m. to allow for cleaning.

Cancellation Policy:
- All refunds are issued by check, regardless of the original payment method.
- If you paid by credit card, only the reservation fee will be refunded.
- To receive a refund, cancellations must be made at least 10 business days before your reservation date.
- Cancellation requests must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. (CST) on the tenth business day before the reservation.
- The City of Wildwood determines all applicable dates and times.
