CLASS DESCRIPTION:
Using a chair, this practice will target mobility essential for independence, balance, and flexibility of both the body and the mind. With a strong focus on the breath and gentle movement, this practice is safe and appropriate for people of all abilities.
All classes are taught by Certified Yoga Instructors.
CLASS FEE:
This class is FREE for Wildwood residents, and only $5 for non-residents,
AGE REQUIREMENT:
Age 60+
