Please complete this online APPLICATION if you are interested in having a FOOD/DRINK BOOTH at the event.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
- Booths should remain open from 11:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. on September 20.
- Fee is $100.00 for one (1) 10’ x 10’ booth space, and $50.00 for one (1) additional 10’ x 10’ booth, for up to two (2) booths maximum. If you have a food truck/trailer longer than ten (10’) feet, you must purchase two (2) booths. NO EXCEPTIONS!
- Each booth will have electricity provided.
- A limited amount of ice will be provided on a first come, first served basis.
- The event is held outdoors. The City asks that you provide your own tent. If you would like a 10’ x 10’ tent provided, there is an additional $30.00 fee.
- If additional amenities are requested beyond the purchasable items, please indicate on the fillable form of the application.
- The City of Wildwood reserves the right to modify any booth’s layout to ensure access through the venue is safe and functional.
- The City of Wildwood reserves the right to deny an application if it does not meet the requirements. Any fee will be refunded, if your booth is not accepted.
- Please specify your food and drink offerings, as duplicate offerings may not be accepted.
- The City of Wildwood staff will confirm with you that you are chosen to be a vendor, to not duplicate items for sale or have too many of the same offerings. If you are not chosen, your booth fee will be fully refunded.
Note:
BOOTH SET UP AND PARKING:
•Booth set-up details will be distributed via email to registrants prior to the event. To reduce congestion in the vendor area, once you have unloaded your vehicle, you will be directed to vendor parking. You may then finish setting up, once your vehicle has been parked. THERE WILL BE NO VEHICLE ACCESS TO YOUR BOOTH PAST 9:30 a.m. ON EVENT DAY.
•Parking location will be provided to all participants, prior to the event.
BOOTH RULES:
•All tables, chairs, and other items must be located under a 10’ x 10’ tent, unless otherwise approved by the City of Wildwood prior to the event.
•Vendors are required to provide all other needed equipment.
•All booths will have electricity.
•Booths are required to provide their own outdoor heavy duty extension cord - MINIMUM 14 GAUGE, 3 PRONG ONLY.
•All booths will be located on either an asphalt, concrete, or grassy surface.
•For the safety and enjoyment of all, the following items are prohibited from the event grounds: skateboards, roller blades, pets, glass bottles, and firearms.
•Please have sufficient change available as there will be no arrangements for banking.
•All food booths are required to secure the appropriate permit through the St. Louis County Department of Health. Information regarding the permit can be obtained by calling (314) 615-0921.
• All booths selling alcohol will be required to obtain the proper State and County permits/licenses, as well as a Liquor License from the City of Wildwood by calling the City Clerk at (636) 458-0440.
• All food and drink booths are required to remain in place, until 9:30 p.m. on Saturday. The organizers request that you remove all trash and debris from your booth and leave your area in the manner in which you found it.
• The $100.00 fee is a booth fee (not deposit) and will NOT be refunded at the end of the event.
• If you need to cancel before the event, please notify the Parks Department no later than August 1, 2025, to receive a full refund.
•The City reserves the right to relocate any booth during the event, if it is deemed in its best interest.
•The City reserves the right to close the event due to extreme weather events or other life-threatening circumstances. Information on evacuation routes and safe zones will be provided to all participants, as part of the event packet.
