Note:

PLEASE REVIEW GUIDELINES CAREFULLY AS UPDATES HAVE BEEN MADE FOR OUR NEW LOCATION:

• Booths must remain open from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on September 19.
• Fee is $100.00 for one (1) 10’ x 10’ booth space, and $50.00 for one (1) additional 10’ x 10’ booth space, for up to two (2) booths maximum. If you have a trailer longer than ten (10’) feet, you must purchase two (2) booths.
• Electricity is provided at each booth

BOOTHS/TENTS:
• The City asks that you provide your own tent. If you would like a 10’ x 10’ tent provided, there is an additional $50.00 fee.
• If a vendor chooses to rent a tent from the City of Wildwood, the renter agrees to hold the City harmless from any and all claims, damages, or liability resulting from the use, setup, or removal of the rented tent.
• If selected on the application, one (1) table and two (2) chairs will be provided at no additional cost.
• Please specify what you will be promoting at your booth.
• Food and drink should not be sold or given out at non-food vendor booths.
• The City reserves the right to modify any booth’s layout to ensure access throughout the venue for safety and functionality.

CONFIRMATION/CANCELLATION:
• The City reserves the right to deny an application if it does not meet the requirements. Any fee will be refunded if your booth is not accepted.
• City staff will confirm with you that you are chosen to be a vendor, to not duplicate items for sale or have too many of the same offerings. Any fee will be refunded if your booth is not accepted.
• Written notice of cancellation must be received by August 3, 2026, to qualify for a refund. Cancellations received after this date are non-refundable. Please send written notice to: kristin@cityofwildwood.com

BOOTH SET UP AND PARKING:
• Booth set-up details will be distributed via email to vendors prior to the event. To reduce congestion in the vendor area during setup, you may drive to your booth location, unload your vehicle, park your vehicle in the available parking location, and return to your booth to finish setting up. THERE WILL BE NO VEHICLE ACCESS TO YOUR BOOTH PAST 9:30 AM ON EVENT DAY.
• Prior to the event, parking locations will be provided to all vendors.

BOOTH RULES:
• All tables, chairs, and other items must be located under a 10’ x 10’ tent, unless otherwise approved by the City prior to the event.
• Vendors are required to provide all other needed equipment.
• All booths will have electricity. Vendors are required to provide their own outdoor heavy duty extension cord - MINIMUM 14 GAUGE, 3 PRONG ONLY.
• All booths will be located on either concrete or grassy surface in the Village Green Civic Oval. A preference can be requested at registration, but not guaranteed.
• For the safety and enjoyment of all, the following items are prohibited from the event grounds: skateboards, roller blades, dogs/pets, glass bottles, and firearms.
• Please have sufficient change available as there will be no arrangements for banking.
• All booths should remain in place until 6:00 p.m. Remove all trash and debris from your booth and leave it in the manner in which you found it.
• The City reserves the right to relocate any booth during the event, if it is deemed to be in its best interest.
• The City reserves the right to close the event due to extreme weather events or other life-threatening circumstances.
